Sharwanand is one of the finest and natural performers of Telugu cinema. He gets a tailor-made role after Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju and he performs well in the role of Ram. He is flawless and hits hard with his performance. Samantha is a treat as usual and she delivers her best for Jaanu once again. She has been exceptional in the emotional episodes. Vennela Kishore, Tagubothu Ramesh, Saranya Pradeep delivered good performances and they have been quite supportive. The youngsters who played young Ram and Jaanu too did their parts well.

Jaanu is a film that is driven by the narration and the performances. The screenplay and dialogues are the major highlights of the film. The music, background score make the film a magical one. The cinematography work is a treat and the film looks beautiful in every frame. The production values make the film even better. Prem Kumar repeats the magic of 96 once again and the film should not be given a miss.

Jaanu is a beautiful experience that is mixed with emotions in the right amounts. Sharwanand and Samantha deliver their best performances till date.
