After a long wait, a bunch of films released across the Telugu states last Friday. Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Ruler and Sai Dharam Tej’s Prati Roju Pandaage released in decent number of screens and both the films received mixed response from the audience. The response for Ruler has been quite poor so that the audience rushed to watch Prati Roju Pandaage during the weekend. Ruler fell flat from Saturday and will end up as a massive disaster.
Prati Roju Pandaage happened to be the first choice for the audience during the weekend. The film raked close to Rs 10 crores over the weekend which is decent. Sai Dharam Tej’s performance along with Maruthi’s direction and the family drama received decent response. Other releases Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 and Karthi’s Donga failed to rake minimum revenues in its final run.
