Victory Venkatesh and his nephew Naga Chaitanya are teaming up for the first time with Venky Mama. The film released on Friday and received a mixed response from the audience. But the film performed well over the weekend and it collected a theatrical share of Rs 20.93 crores in three days worldwide. While the theatrical rights are picked up for Rs 35 crores, the film should hold well during the weekdays.
Venky Mama features Venkatesh, Payal Rajput, Naga Chaitanya and Rashi Khanna in the lead roles. S Thaman composed the music and Suresh Productions, People Media Factory bankrolled the film. Here are the first weekend collections of Venky Mama:
