Ram Gopal Varma has been focused on controversies rather than directing meaningful and content-based films. His next film Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu is a satire on various politicians of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Several complaints have been filed against the film and the Telangana High Court gave a huge shock after the release of the film has been stalled. Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu is yet to be censored and the High Court asked the Censor Board to reveal their stand.
The censor board wanted a week’s time to complete the censor formalities and the High Court asked the makers of Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu to postpone the release of the film. The censor formalities will be completed next week after which the court may issue a clearance. There are talks that the censor board may suggest several cuts for Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu.
