Story:
Chanakya is the story of a typical and sincere RAW officer Arjun Srikar (Gopichand) who nabs a lead and aide of the most wanted terrorist Abdul Saleem Khureshi along with his team. After investigating the aide, Arjun finds about a blast that is planned. He switches himself as Ramakrishna, a bank employee and soon his team gets kidnapped by Khureshi and they land in Karachi. Khureshi challenges Arjun to save his colleagues and the rest of Chanakya is all about how Arjun traces the most wanted criminal. Watch Chanakya to know about the rest.

Performance:
Gopichand leads the show as a RAW officer and his performance is one of the highlights of the film. He has been subtle and roars loud when needed throughout the film. Mehreen generated enough fun and the love story sounded thoroughly entertaining. Rajesh Khattar delivers a top-class performance and is one of the highlights of the film. Nassar delivers out his best as Gopichand’s Chief and Sunil had a decent role. Upen Patel too has a challenging role and he did it with perfection. All the other actors looked decent in their assignments.
Chanakya is a film that falls under the rare spy genre. All the team need is to keep the audience guessing and thrilling. The screenplay looked racy and the interesting twists leave the audience thrilled. The dialogues have been good and the narration was gripping. The music sounded decent and the background score for Chanakya is an asset. The production values have been grand enough and Thiru does a decent job in handling Chanakya.

Chanakya is one of the best action thrillers in the recent times that can be given a watch. Gopichand and his team leave the audience thrilled.
