Super talented actress and Padmashri Kamal Haasan’s daughter Shruti Haasan who scored many hits in Indian films was away from movies though she was knocked by a bunch of interesting opportunities. She returned back to work after two years and is shooting for Vijay Sethupathi’s Laabam and Mahesh Manjrekar’s Power. She is occupied with enough number of films in all the Indian languages currently.
The latest update is that Shruti Haasan is now on board for USA based CIA’s show ‘Trendstone’. Shruti Haasan is the first South Indian actress to sign a television show in USA. Bollywood beauty Priyanka Chopra earlier featured in Quantico show. Shruti Haasan will play an undercover agent in Trendstone and she plays an Indian waitress in the television show.
