After Temper, Puri Jagannadh had no remarkable hits in his career. The ace director is currently busy with iSmart Shankar which is a mass entertainer that features Ram in the lead role. Nabha Natesh and Nidhhi Agerwal are the heroines and the shoot is taking place in and around Hyderabad. iSmart Shankar is gearing up for May release and the entire shoot of the film will be wrapped up by the end of March.
The latest update is that Puri Jagannadh is in plans to direct the sequel for iSmart Shankar. Puri Jagannadh and Charmee registered the title ‘Double iSmart’ with the Film Chamber recently. The sequel is expected to roll later this year and Puri will focus on the sequel after the release of iSmart Shankar. Manisharma is the music director and Charmee is handling the production responsibilities. Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies is producing this film.
