Young and talented actor Siddarth scored many hits in Telugu cinema. The actor restricted himself to Tamil and did not sign a straight Telugu film though some of his films like Gruham were dubbed into Telugu. Siddarth for the first time signed a Telugu film after six complete years. The actor was extremely impressed with the script narrated by RX 100 fame Ajay Bhupathi. The movie is an action thriller.
Ravi Teja and Siddarth will play the lead roles in this film which will start rolling from October. Titled Maha Samudram, the movie will be made on a massive budget and is set in the backdrop of mafia. Aditi Rao Hydari is one of the heroines and the other female lead is yet to be locked. Produced by Gemini Kiran, Maha Samudram releases during summer next year.
