Shankar plans for a sequel for 2.0

2.0 is one of the costliest made Indian films and it is hitting the screens this Thursday. Directed by Shankar, the film features Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Shankar and his team are busy promoting the film all over and during the promotions, Shankar hinted about having a sequel for 2.0.
Shankar said that the film will be titled 3.0 and he will make an announcement about the sequel once the script gets locked. He is keen on having a strong plot after which he will start working on the project. Shankar even clarified that he is not in a mood to work with any actor other than Rajinikanth for Robo franchise. 2.0 is produced by Lyca Productions and it is made on a budget of Rs 600 crores.
