Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and his wife Samantha are teaming up for a film for the first time post wedding with Majili, a breezy romantic drama. The teaser of the film left many awestruck and is a smashing hit all over. Shiva Nirvana is the director and Divyansha Kaushik is the other heroine. The entire shoot of Majili is expected to be wrapped up by the end of this month.
The latest news we hear is that the makers paid Rs 5 crores for Naga Chaitanya and Samantha jointly for the film. With the combination carrying huge craze all over, the makers offered a huge pay cheque for the star couple. Gopi Sundar is the music composer and Chaitu essays two shades in the film. Bankrolled by Shine Screens, Majili is slated for April 5th release across the globe.
